Alex Flanagan
Alex Flanagan, a television sports journalist and instructor who also serves as the director of the Familie agency's media department. She draws on her experiences of working in the world of professional sports to help assist people in their media industry and the media profession. Alex Flanagan was born on September 23, 1973 in Arizona Arizona United States. Her work was with The Keith Olbermann Evening News as the feature reporter. Flanagan has been working at ESPN since the year 2000. She was a college football reporter on the ESPN sideslines starting in 2000 through the year 2006. She covered college sideslines for five seasons, covering the College World Series Women's Tennis Association's Championships Men's College basketball as well as the NCAA Women's tournament. Flanagan also worked as an SportsCenter reporter who covered games for the Lakers Dodgers Angels UCLA USC as well as the Chargers. Also, she been covering spring training for the NBA playoffs, college football bowl games the NCAA Basketball tournament for men and a regular segment on NFL Monday Night Countdown. In ESPN she helped launch the entertainment segment of SportsCenter called "Hollywood Highlights." She was also the co-host of The Home Depot College Football Awards and ESPN Classic road shows.
