Morgan Fairchild is an American actor. Her birth name is Patsy McClenny on February 3 50, 1950. In the 1980s, she became a household name through her performances on various TV shows. She was known for portraying a glamorous persona. Fairchild began her career as Jennifer Pace in Search for Tomorrow which was a CBS daytime soap that ran from 1973 to 1977. After appearing in Dallas in which she portrayed Jenna Wade as the very first primetime actress she was then a part of the NBC program Flamingo Road. For this part, she received with a Golden Globe Award in 1980 for Best Actress for a Television Series - Drama. In 1984 she costarred in ABC's premiertime soap Paper Dolls. From 1985 until 1986, Fairchild played attorney Jordan Roberts on Falcon Crest. Fairchild was also active in theater and in the roles of guest stars for TV shows such Roseanne Cybill, Friends as well as Murphy Brown. For the latter she won a Primetime Emmy Award.
